Modern high-tech engineering requires various ultra-thin tube devices with high temperature resistance and high performance,but few people can make. Recently, we have successfully developed ultra-thin thick rhenium (iridium) tube devices including pipe fittings, crucibles and various special-shaped rhenium-iridium parts. It can be used under the aerobic and anaerobic conditions below 2100 ℃ and can be used in satellites, laser equipment and other high-tech civil engineering fields. Various rhenium-iridium parts with diameters of 1mm-250mm and wall thicknesses of 0.2mm-3mm are available. Parts with thickness over 3mm can be solved with our traditional technology.
The first batch of thin-walled rhenium crucibles customized for a research institution affiliated to Chinese Academy of Sciences. With a thickness of 0.5mm only, outer diameter 15mm and outer height 20mm, it’s a batch products.
